NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the provisional AIBE XVIII (18) answer key later this week on its official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The AIBE 18 exam 2023 was conducted yesterday, December 10, in around 150 exam centres in the country. Going by the previous year trends, the AIBE exam answer key is released the day after the date of exam.

Careers360 got in touch with AIBE 18 Help Desk where the BCI officials notified that the AIBE 18 answer key will be released later this week. The BCI official also indicated that the AIBE provisional answer key 2023 can be postponed till next week also.

Law graduates who pass the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) are given the certificate of practice (CoP) by the Bar Council of India, which is a mandatory document for practicing law in India. Since AIBE XVIII (18) 2023 is a certificate based examination, candidates are only required to obtain minimum qualifying marks to pass the exam.

 

General category candidates have to score at least 45% marks in AIBE whereas, SC, ST candidates must score at least 40% marks in AIBE to become eligible for certificate of practice

In case of any discrepancies in the AIBE answer key 2023, candidates may raise objections against it. The AIBE answer key objection window closes in two or three days from its release. Along with the objections, candidates may also have to produce a relevant document in support of their objections.

  • Click on the 'submit' button.
