Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments due to technical errors.

  • Payment charged but service not activated or delivered within the promised time.

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions reported within 7 days of the transaction.


4. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Successfully delivered digital or promotional services (e.g., ad views, profile boosts).

  • Subscription periods that have already been used (partial or full month).

  • Violations of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension or termination.
