Celeste sells Planks in Speranza for 3 Assorted Seeds each, making her the most direct way to cover a small shortage in Arc Raiders. Buy only what your next objective needs; for broader item needs, ARC Raiders Items is a separate option, while ordinary looting is the practical route to a larger reserve. Check the displayed quantity and Seed cost before spending.

Buy Only the Planks You Need From Celeste

Open Celeste's trader inventory in Speranza, select Planks, and check how many are available and how many Assorted Seeds they cost. Three Planks cost 9 Seeds, while buying 35 for one upgrade would cost 105. Do not assume the trader has enough stock to fill a whole upgrade requirement in one visit.

Check your stored Plank total and identify the next project or upgrade you plan to fund.
Open Celeste's trader inventory in Speranza.
Select Planks and review the displayed quantity and cost in Assorted Seeds.
Buy only the amount missing from your immediate target.
Check your stored total, then open the relevant project or upgrade screen to contribute the materials.

For example, if you already have 32 Planks for Research Station I, buying the last 3 costs 9 Seeds instead of spending 105 on all 35. The stored Plank count is the straightforward way to confirm your purchase. Recheck the full requirement panel too: having enough Planks does not cover any other materials the project needs.

Gather Larger Plank Reserves During Regular Raids

Residential and Commercial containers are sensible targets for building a larger reserve. Search wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, drawers, shop shelves, office desks, and stacking boxes as you move through homes and shops. These containers can hold Planks, but no particular container guarantees a drop.

Choose a nearby group of homes or shops with several searchable interiors.
Search cabinets, wardrobes, drawers, desks, and shelves as you pass through each building.
Check your Plank total after clearing the cluster.
Leave when you have enough for your next contribution or the route becomes too risky.
Store your materials in Speranza before continuing project work.

Old Town on Pendola Pass offers a mix of Residential and Commercial loot, and Old World is another listed option. Pick an area that suits your arrival point and extraction plan rather than crossing the map for a guaranteed spawn. Planks are also listed across Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, Buried City, Blue Gate, Stella Montis, and Riven Tides.

Keep the collection loadout affordable. Bring enough ammunition to disengage from immediate threats, healing supplies, and room to carry materials; Planks do not justify taking every fight. A short circuit through searchable buildings is a better fit than a long detour built around an assumed yield.

Protect Upgrade Materials and Recycle Surplus Furniture

Set aside 3 Planks for Sheltered Retreat, 35 for Research Station I, and another 35 for Outpost level 3. That is 73 Planks for these progression goals before optional furniture spending. Planks stack to 50 and weigh 0.1 kg each, so a full stack weighs 5 kg; keep storage and carrying space in mind as the reserve grows.

Sheltered Retreat's second phase needs 3 Planks, 5 Sheet Metal, 10 ARC Alloy, and 3 Advanced Electrical Components. Research Station I also needs 5 Battered Paperbacks and 3 Mini Pumps alongside its 35 Planks. Check the full project or upgrade panel before heading out so a shortfall in another material does not send you back for an unnecessary Plank run.

Recycling eligible furniture you own can recover Planks: a Hotel Chair returns 15, a Diner Shelf returns 30, and Draped Debris G returns 5. A Design unlocks a crafting option; it is not the finished furniture item you recycle. Inspect the selected item and its displayed return before confirming, and reclaim materials from pieces you no longer want rather than crafting furniture just to dismantle it.

Before your next raid, check your stored total and Celeste's displayed stock, then use ARC Raiders Loot buy to review broader item options. Keep the Planks you collect reserved for the next funded upgrade, and postpone optional furniture spending until that target is covered.

Need Planks for Sheltered Retreat or Research Station I Search nearby homes and shops on your next run, and let Celeste cover a small gap with Assorted Seeds. Explore Arc Raiders items at https://www.u4gm.com/arc-raiders/items and check the listing details before deciding. Keep your upgrade stash apart from furniture, and save Seeds for shortages.
